I just came back from my third nose surgery and a chin implant for a receding chin, but my heart hurts so much

A month ago I had my eyes done, and the front scar was so severe that I thought about postponing my nose surgery. But I went to a hospital where an acquaintance's younger friend had worked as a nurse, had a consultation, decided to just get it done quickly, and did it today. It was my third nose surgery and my second surgery for a receding chin. Both were surgeries to replace the implants with slightly higher ones. I had booked surgery at ㅇㅈ but canceled it. I trusted the hospital where that younger acquaintance had worked more. During the pre-op consultation today, the director said that at the previous hospital, they had not pulled the columella forward at all and had just raised the nasal tip, which made the nose look short, so he would also lengthen it. For the receding chin too, even though I had surgery, it still looked weak, so he suggested replacing it with a 6 mm implant. During surgery I fell asleep and then woke up briefly. I could hear everything they were saying. It didn't hurt, but it seems a lot of capsule had formed in my nose. Sure enough, he said, "It's L-shaped silicone." At ㅇㅈ, they hadn't even told me they were using L-shaped silicone ㅡㅡ He said my nose had become very hard, and he mentioned that several times, so my heart hurt so much. I realized I shouldn't touch my nose anymore My nose is small and my skin is thin, so there is a limit. Knowing that, I raised it 4 mm and used ear cartilage. Since I could hear everything the director was saying, somehow I trusted him more, like the person I wanted was doing it. Honestly, at ㅇㅈ, ㅡㅡ I fell asleep without even knowing which director was operating, and when I woke up, the surgery was over. I could feel sensations, but it didn't hurt. My chin and nose are throbbing, but for now they are wrapped tightly with tape. When it is removed in a week, I will upload photos too. I will never have surgery at ㅇㅈ again. Even though I canceled the surgery booking a month in advance, they didn't return the deposit, used L-shaped silicone without telling me, and now ㅡㅡ so much capsule has formed in my nose that there is scar tissue I hope I never do more It just feels like my nose has been ruined I have to hope it turns out well this time.
