When I called to make an appointment, they said I didn't need one and could just come at 10:30 in the morning, so I arrived around 10:40, but waited an hourㅠ The consultation was 20 minutes, only with the director

I made a phone reservation before going, so I got the consultation as soon as I arrived 10 minutes with the director and 10 minutes with the consultant
