I had a consultation a year ago, and it was supposed to be my first nose surgery with donated costal cartilage.. This year... I revisited with surgery in mind, and suddenly they recommended autologous costal cartilage, and the price changed to double. When I asked why the cost changed so much, they said because it’s autologous costal cartilage, additional cost occurs, and the plan changed a bit too... But my nose isn’t a nose that would change that much in one year... lololol My nose is a very small extra-large-small size, so there’s a limit to how much the nasal bridge can be raised, and a limit to how much the nasal tip can be raised too. The dragon-like nose shape was something I originally had, and the nasolabial angle was also something I originally had.. so why?? I was genuinely so flustered that I couldn’t even speak... I can understand a few million won. I can understand that there may be a difference in fees. But this is just... well... It really gives me a lot to think about... Would they have done that even if they didn’t have my information in the first place?
