15 years ago I had my eyes done with the buried-suture method. From about 5 years ago, it started coming undone, creating multiple crease lines and making my eyes look sleepy. I thought I couldn’t go on like this anymore, and before going to the clinic, I visited several places. But many hospitals diagnosed me by saying that even if I did an incisional monolid procedure, there would be a risk of it coming undone again, so a slight line would need to be visible. I passed on all of them. Then I saw good reviews on YouTube for men’s eye surgery at a plastic surgery clinic, so I went there, but in person, I felt the director seemed somehow very cold. Honestly, I didn’t really like it, but he said an incisional monolid procedure was possible, that a man shouldn’t have a visible line, and that it looks greasy if he does, so I just went ahead with it... but as expected, a little over a month later it came undone... Before it came undone, my eyes became uneven too... They say they’ll provide aftercare/revision, but honestly... I don’t really want to have it done at a hospital where the result already failed.
