Hello! I'm leaving a 2-week review of revision surgery for a contracted nose. At Lowell Plastic Surgery, I used donated costal cartilage together with ear cartilage, and I also had functional rhinoplasty to improve the functional aspects! And because I had contracture, I also underwent lengthening. After my first surgery, contracture developed and my nose shape had collapsed a lot. So for this surgery, we decided to use donated costal cartilage and even ear cartilage, and do four-layer fixation. Since it was revision surgery, I was very worried, and especially during sleep anesthesia, I was most worried that an accident might happen where I couldn't breathe because of swollen tonsils or phlegm. When I told them about that before surgery, Director Kim Jae-yoon and the managers fully understood that concern and prepared thoroughly, so after surgery it ended cleanly without even one symptom of throat pain or dryness. My condition immediately after surgery was also very stable. And first of all, I really like the line after surgery! Because my skin had become thin due to the previous surgery, there were limits even with revision surgery, but even under those conditions, they made such a pretty line
