I have a really upturned nose, and it’s been a little over a year since I had my nasal tip lowered through the columella. But it still shows a lot. Of course, it shows less than before. But people often say that 1 or 2 years later, the columella support that was built up comes down. What does that mean? If the columella comes down, does that mean my nostrils will show less??
