I had my first nose surgery about 10 years ago. My nose was low and I had a bulbous nose, and they recommended silicone and septal cartilage, so I proceeded that way. Before surgery, I asked for it to look natural, maybe because of that my nose is still blunt, my nostrils/alar base are wide, and the bulbous nose was not improved I went back and told them, and they said they had raised it as much as possible, so now I am looking into revision surgery at other hospitals
