The wait was really long The reception and the consultant didn't seem to be communicating well Because the wait was getting too long, I asked about it, and they said the director had gone into surgery, so I thought, what does that even mean? I got upset and was about to just leave, but it turned out that the previous consultation had run long,, I don't know whether that's true or not, but go expecting a generous 2 hours. The consultant handled the situation well
The director gave a calm and good consultation But lately there have been strange posts going around about the surgical consent form, and the most recent review said it didn't turn out well, so I'm hesitating The reviews on the homepage are so pretty though
