First of all, I went for a consultation because it was a clinic famous for noses, and the director didn't recommend unnecessary procedures and was incredibly honest, which surprised me. Usually plastic surgery clinics try to add other procedures too, but there was none of that here! When I said I wanted to do this surgery too, he firmly said that it wouldn't be effective for my face. The consultation manager was kind too!
