It was the place I had been most excited about before the actual consultation. But while talking with the doctor about my nose, they kept repeating that I had to factor in the limitations for improving a bulbous nose, and rather than explaining how the surgery would be done, they emphasized the advantages of the open approach and the advantages of the cast model.. the special features of this plastic surgery clinic? So... honestly, I wasn't as drawn to it as I expected. More than anything, the biggest issue was that the nose style I wanted didn't match the doctor's.
