I had my first surgery there about 7 years ago. The silicone became crooked, and the tip of my nose dropped. They didn’t use any cartilage. The scar from the alar reduction is barely visible, so I’m happy with that! It was way too expensive for the result, though.. I had a revision surgery again. ㅠㅠ It just became a nose that was only made higherㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
