But they inserted the silicone too crookedly for me, so I had revision surgery... It was an open rhinoplasty. They carefully controlled the bleeding, reducing the risk of side effects, so I’d recommend it if you want something natural and safe, but I realized that many people end up looking for revision surgery after doing it that way..
