The director pointed out exactly what was needed, which was impressive. They even wake you up during the surgery to let you check the shape, which was a fresh shock. I was planning to do it without an implant, but since they said they would use silicone, I went with something else for now. Still, if I were going to get plastic surgery with silicone, I kind of feel like this place would have been good too.
