What exactly is under-eye fat repositioning.. If there is an oddly sagging area of flesh under the eyes, it seems like they reposition the fat there to smooth it out flat, and dark circles get relieved and things like that.. Is that right..? If I want to get something like aegyo-sal too, then.. I need to get aegyo-sal filler, right???

오징어환전소 That’s right, and I don’t recommend under-eye filler because there are more than enough people who got it and then had side effects that don’t even recover
익명 It moves the fat that has come out into the hollow area under the eyes to make it flat. If you originally have aegyo-sal and want to keep it, you can go to a place that preserves the aegyo-sal when doing the surgery. If you don’t have aegyo-sal and want to create it, you’d probably need to add something like filler or fat grafting. Do you originally have aegyo-sal?? If so, I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery at ㅁㅎ, and while they repositioned the fat, they operated while preserving the aegyo-sal area, so my aegyo-sal actually stayed filled in prettier than before. Of course, there are cases where it can, but if it’s a pigmentation issue then no no..ㅠㅠ Rather than creating aegyo-sal, I watched a video of the surgical method they do at ㅊㅂㅉ, and it seems like they fix the aegyo muscle area to make it look more defined
