Dumbfounded after rhinoplasty

A while ago, I went to a clinic to get nasal tip surgery. I had already had my nasal bridge done, so I just wanted to slightly shape the tip. After visiting several clinics, I thought this one seemed the most trustworthy, so I made a surgery appointment and went. I paid the cost in cash and had another consultation with the director before surgery.. We decided to refine the shape of the nasal bridge and use septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Finally, the surgery started! During the surgery, the director said the nasal bridge would need to be revised too, saying that was the only way the shape would come out right, and then said something about silicone to the nurse and proceeded with the surgery. After surgery, while putting tape on, they said this would require an additional fee, but since they hadn’t told me in advance, I should just pay an extra 000,000 won. When I asked, “What?” they asked if it was too burdensome. So I said it was burdensome. Then I received my medicine and came home. I went in for treatment for a few days, and even when I went to have the stitches removed, they didn’t say anything, so I thought, oh, maybe they just did it for me. But yesterday, all of a sudden, they texted me asking for the unpaid balance. Does this kind of thing happen>? If the cost had been different from the beginning, I wouldn’t have done it there.. I chose that place after doing my own legwork, so this is really absurd. What should I do in this situation? Everyone, please give me some answers. Would it be okay if I don’t pay the additional fee????
