I had a consultation for revision nose surgery because the silicone inserted in my nasal bridge was showing through. At first, I wondered if I should just do something simple by adding skin coverage, but people around me had also seen many cases of revision surgery because of silicone, so I thought I should just replace it with autologous costal cartilage and got a consultation. There were many places that offered autologous costal cartilage, but I liked this place because it could improve not only the cosmetic nose but also the functional nose, and the ENT collaboration made it feel somehow specialized. The director wasn’t the type to explain things in a flashy or long-winded way, but he spoke clearly with just the facts, so I actually liked that. It was also very easy to understand.
