I went to Be The New because I wanted to try going without an implant if my conditions allowed it, and I was planning to consult at a nose-specialized clinic The director said it would be possible without an implant, but there would be some aesthetic limitations, so I should think it over I was grateful because they consulted honestly and explained well what conditions make a no-implant nose surgery possible They’re also known for functional rhinoplasty, so I got a consultation, and it seems like a decent place to have the condition of my nose checked
