I had consultations at 3 places, and 2 of them said I didn’t need fat grafting. Recently, 1 place recommended micro fat grafting, saying the under-eye area could look more hollow. I’m scared because there are issues with side effects from fat grafting, but I’m worried that if I don’t do it, it might actually look more hollow or have no effect..
kce Two places recommended fat grafting to me, and one place didn’t recommend fat grafting, so I didn’t do fat grafting and only had fat repositioning. So far there’s no hollowing, and the effect from when I had surgery is still being maintained well. Just because you do fat grafting doesn’t mean it’s always good. If you’re worried, get consultations at other clinics too, listen to what the directors say, and choose the direction that makes you worry as little as possible before getting surgery. But in my opinion, if two places said you don’t need it and only one place told you to do it, there’s a bit of a chance it could be overtreatment?? Go to other places too. The place where I had surgery also consulted without overtreatment. They said the director doesn’t easily recommend fat grafting. Miㅎ is also a clinic with a long career and a solid reputation for eye surgery over a long time.
