Depression after plastic surgery. Please help me.

My life has changed so much, truly so much. If only I could go back to one year ago, if only there were a way to do that, it would be good. I would sometimes hear that I was pretty, so I should have just lived as I was. Because of an unnecessary surgery, at 22, an age when I should be in my prime, I spent months thinking only that I wanted to die. My eyes. It’s not that my eyes won’t open or won’t close. But they are so unnatural, and my impression has changed to look fierce. Maybe it’s because my skin is too thick, or maybe my eye structure is strange. The crease folds too deeply, and it feels burdensome, so even looking in the mirror is painful. What’s even more painful is that this was a surgery I had because my parents recommended it in the first place, and the hospital is run by an acquaintance of my parents, so I have nowhere at all to open up about how much I dislike it and how distressed I am. My parents don’t understand me either, and tell me to stop talking to the hospital. But that’s really not it.. If I could go back to how I was before, I would do anything. Is there really no way? Every day I cry, with nowhere to confide, and I only want to die. Please save me.
