I went for a consultation about removing eye fat, but they pressured me heavily to pay a deposit, and even though they said it was a simple surgery, I didn’t even have a consultation with the director. It felt like I wouldn’t be able to leave unless I paid a deposit, so I paid the deposit, left, and then got a refund... Because there had been no consultation with the director, I just decided not to have the surgery.
