I also liked that they looked at my face objectively. But when I went for the repeat consultation, the consultation manager was a bit unfriendly. Like, “Haven’t you already had a lot of consultations elsewhere? You probably know most things by now, so why did you come again?” Something like that...? Still, since the doctor’s skill is what matters, I said I was willing to revisit and that I had prepared photos because I thought I hadn’t shown them last time, but while looking at the paper from last year’s consultation, they said, “You showed photos at that time though?” and didn’t look at the photos I prepared. Then they said the details could be discussed with the doctor and that the price would be the same as what was quoted in last year’s consultation, but they raised it by 1 million won. Honestly, it would have been better if they had just said the price went up after a year and this is the new amount. The doctor also seemed to be in surgery, and the manager’s expression and tone were a bit aggressive, so I just said I would leave without having the repeat consultation. I went to both because they had good reviews and ratings, but I definitely felt more drawn to the place that actively talked about the patient’s needs and listened to and looked at the questions and photos I had prepared with interest. I also trusted the doctor because they answered very confidently... So I decided to book my rhinoplasty at the first place.
