I’m so annoyed I don’t even want to write, but I keep ending up writing

Ah, it’s been 9 days since surgery now.. I went to get the stitches removed. Once all the tape was taken off... they said blood had pooled... After they removed the blood and I looked, my nose was extremely crooked.. gasp The nasal tip is honestly ugly like a doomed bulbous nose.. And now even the nasal bridge looks crooked.. They say it’s swelling.. But. I know it’s swelling too.. but when you touch it, you can tell whether the hard part is straight or slightly crooked.. It’s only slight, but.. it’s crooked Ah damn. They just said for about 30 seconds that since blood had pooled, they were removing that and I shouldn’t think about the shape yet, then whoosh, they left And the other nurses or the manager were kind and said this and that to comfort me, but.. What annoyed me was the doctor.. To the nurse.. “What did we operate on her with again? Did we do nostril lowering?” and the nurse said.. yes.. What..!!!!! Why can’t he remember the surgery he performed himself!!!! There are lots of patients, so maybe he can’t remember.. but as someone who paid an enormous amount of money, I’m really.. furious... And... the nurses too.. I did cold compresses for 5 days... and when I asked, “Do I need to do warm compresses now?” They said, yes.. please do lots of warm compresses So during the Lunar New Year holiday I did warm compresses almost... every minute... I’m the type who, if told to do something, does it to the death and follows instructions well.. so I did it... boom... Apparently people who had fat grafting aren’t supposed to do that..... No wonder my forehead has already.. gone down damn it How can this happen.................... Ah, I truly can’t hide my disappointment.. I even wonder if I should have just gotten protruding mouth surgery with that money instead of my nose... sigh................. I’m so frustrated I could die
