It’s been almost 3 years since I had epicanthoplasty. At first, I had a consultation for double-eyelid surgery, and they said just double-eyelid surgery would be okay, so I did that first, then later had epicanthoplasty at the same clinic. It was a rushed decision, so I still regret it. I already had a keloid-prone constitution, and the clinic knew it too. Because I showed them my keloid scar and had the consultation together with that.
The scar 3 years after epicanthoplasty looks exactly like the photo. If I pull the skin under my eye even a little, the scar shows like that. Usually it looks like an eye wrinkle.
