Everyone who had revision surgery changing from subfascial to dual-plane, are you perhaps very disappointed with the feel? And is the pain worse than the first surgery? For my first surgery, I also had an inframammary fold incision, so I am thinking of doing the revision with an inframammary fold incision too, so I am not too worried about the pain, but I am a bit worried about switching to dual-plane When you move your arms, does the pectoralis major really twitch and move like that?
