I really feel like the aesthetic sense here matches mine well, and overall I like everything, but it’s really hard to find reviews from 2-3 years after revision rhinoplasty. Maybe I’m just not finding them, but because the tip cartilage in my existing nose has been absorbed, tip absorption is the biggest issue, so they said I need to use rib cartilage. My septal cartilage is too small. Has anyone here done it using donated costal cartilage as the material?,,
