Eye Surgery Reviews

K Review

First of all, Candy Canthoplasty is a non-incisional lateral canthoplasty procedure where the area under the eyes and the outer corners are tied with thread and fixed to the cheekbone. They said the swelling would all go down in three days and that the side effect affecting smiling eyes would resolve over time, but although there may be individual differences, that did not apply to me. After the surgery, when I wasn’t smiling, my eyes definitely looked bigger and prettier, but when I smiled, the tissue under my eyes was fixed with thread so it didn’t move upward when I smiled. Instead, the tissue below it came up and poked my eyes, and my smile looked monstrous. People around me kept asking several times if I was crying even though I was smiling When I went for consultation afterward, the staff were different from how kind they had been before surgery and only told me to wait, so I waited 2 years. But I still couldn’t smile with my eyes, so I went to the hospital and had the threads removed under local anesthesia. Wasted money.
