After breast surgery, from an A cup to about a full C cup

I also read a lot of reviews in this community before surgery and got a lot of help, so I’m leaving a review like this! haha I was originally in the early A-cup range, and my surgery was done through an underarm incision. The implants were Mentor Smooth, and the size was 370/370 cc! Right now, they’ve settled well at about a full C cup!!! Honestly, I had so many worries before surgery, as everyone probably does... I was worried about the underarm incision scars, and since I have a slim body type, I wondered if only my breasts would suddenly stand out ㅠ I kept agonizing over the implants until the very end, but after hearing that they feel soft on the surface, create a natural shape, and settle with soft movement, I decided on Mentor Smooth! At first, of course there was a firm feeling, and I lived while being a bit careful with my arms, but now, even though it’s only been 1 month, the feel has become much softer and the line seems more natural. That’s not just my imagination, right? haha I like the line from the upper breast down to the inframammary fold the most, and especially the cleavage has settled beautifully, so these days I feel like I’m slowly starting to enjoy getting dressed~~ The clinic also really took great care of the underarm incision scar management!!! Now it seems to have faded a lot, to the point where it’s almost not visible~ photo (photo attached) I had it done by Dr. Byun Il-hwan~~~~~In conclusion... I’m really satisfied!! I just spent too long worrying for nothing, and after doing it, I wonder, why didn’t I do it sooner? haha When I was younger, I thought breast surgery would definitely look obvious, and of course by “obvious” I mean obvious in an unattractive way~ I only thought of it like that, but it’s absolutely, absolutely, absolutely not like that.. haha It couldn’t look more natural or feel softer~~ No, I don’t know why the cleavage is so lovelyㅠ.. Maybe because I didn’t have it before and now I do, but this cleavage is so moving... I chose and uploaded photos that would show the change as clearly as possible. haha
