When choosing a hospital, is the consultant important too..?

I need double-line correction for sausage eyes right now, so I went for consultations. I narrowed it down to two places, but I’m going crazy because I can’t decide which one to chooseㅠㅠ Honestly, I liked both directors’ skills and consultations, so I feel like I wouldn’t regret either choice and I trust both. The problem is the difference between the consultants is too huge ㅜ At hospital A, the consultant was very professional and explained in a very clear, organized way how delicate that hospital’s surgical method is and how sincerely they provide follow-up care.. And she talked about 3 principles you must not follow when getting revision surgery, explaining why those methods are bad and what their hospital does to prevent those issues. She said she has worked with the director for over 10 years and gave lots of surgical case examples from that time, which made her seem very trustworthy. But at hospital B, the consultant looked very young (kind, and absolutely no pushy sales or empty flattery xx, literally seemed like an unspoiled type), but she also seemed to have little experience and felt a bit clumsy. Until I asked what kind of follow-up care they provide, she didn’t explain it first, so it felt a bit frustrating.... Neither of them gave off a feeling like they were just trying to make a sale. Especially the consultant at A didn’t mention any same-day deposit discount at all; she only explained everything in great detail and then coolly let me go, which left an impression.. (The consultant at B mentioned a same-day reservation discount, so I ended up putting down a deposit.) But I keep thinking the director is what matters, so does the consultant really matter? Then again, I wonder if I should consider all of this too. It’s so hard. It’s even harder because I haven’t had much plastic surgery. Please share your opinions, everyone here....
