Eye revision surgery

For revision surgery to lower the eye line, are the only usual options double-line technique or skin excision?? I'm thinking about revision surgery and want to find a hospital that specializes only in eyes It's been 6 months since non-incisional suture surgery, but if the adhesion is strong, does the success rate get lower too?? I'm also curious how long people usually wait before getting eye revision surgery

When the adhesion is strong, it's really important to release the adhesion well, so you should get it done by a doctor who specializes in eyes.
