The doctor at DMR said that for people like me with a lot of cheek fat, the problem is not bone, and that I could only slim down with Botox and liposuction (the contouring clinic also said that even if you do contouring, liposuction is essential), so I went with facial liposuction combined with thread lifting! At first, after the first surgery, I was not satisfied. It still looked like the fat had not come off enough, almost like bulldog jowls, so I requested a second revision, and that was done for free. I was satisfied after the second surgery, and now I am also dieting, so I am almost at a V-line! However... during the first surgery, I developed severe BioBond, and I had to go through so much trouble to get rid of it Honestly, the aftercare was not done properly, and the nurses were not very good either. And after the surgery, there was an accident where a pulling band caused a big hole in the top of my head, and it was really awful. It felt like tearing pain, and on that point the doctor treated me diligently and apologized, so I let it go, but for me as a young person it was not exactly a pleasant experience^^
Anyway, the current situation is that I got the face shape I wanted without contour surgery, but the process was definitely not smooth. I guess nothing comes easy I hope I am born as Karina in my next life...
