My nostrils aren't a perfect 00 shape. The nasal tip is also too blunt, and they used septal cartilage. They said they only reduced the nostril wings slightly, but the nostril wings feel so soft and squishy when I touch them. I don't know if they didn't tie the cartilage, but when I smile, the nostril wings spread out, and that shape appears, so I'm upset......
