Those who had behind-the-ear square jaw surgery, please read this (my experience)

It’s been about 22 days since I had behind-the-ear square jaw surgery. First of all, my conclusion is that I think it went badly. The scar should be at the area where the ear and face are attached so it won’t show, but my scars are behind both ears, so if I tie my hair back, they show right away. On top of that, compared with the left side, the skin on the right side is all wrinkly, and when I eat, my ear feels so tight it’s like the skin is going to tear. When I turn my head to the left, my whole body turns with it. The left side is fine when I eat and when I turn my head back. But only the area behind my right ear hurts like it’s going to tear.. The clinic says, well, both sides can’t be done exactly the same.. I’m curious whether this is just me, or whether other people are like this too. I want to discourage anyone thinking about behind-the-ear square jaw surgery. The swelling still shows even now, the wounds behind my ears seem like they’ll keep remaining, and the area behind my ears has also become pigmented and looks dark.. I really regret it..
