I had always felt self-conscious because my philtrum was long and my lips felt like they were curling inward. This time, I got scarless philtrum reduction and double philtrum dimple surgery, and also got lip filler at the same time. Honestly, I had heard a lot that simply shortening the philtrum is not the end of it… ㅠ During the consultation, we decided to do them together while also considering the concavity and three-dimensional definition. When I compare before and after the procedure, I’m really satisfied because my facial proportions feel much more balanced now ㅎ For the lip filler, they used 2 cc of Juvederm and also shaped my upper lip line and the direction of the mouth corners. The three-dimensional definition looks much more alive, so out of all the procedures I’ve had, this had the highest satisfaction level. It added volume without looking excessive, and my face looks noticeably brighter. The scar was placed very neatly, almost as if there is barely any scar, and recovery went faster than I expected. There is still slight bruising, but overall I’m extremely satisfiedㅎㅎ Once the bruising heals and the swelling goes down a bit, I’ll try sharing photos !
