The director seemed extremely busy. As soon as they came into the consultation room, they explained things rapidly. If you have questions, you should probably think them through in advance before going. The consultation with the director was fine, but the manager was really disappointing.. They literally just told me the price and said something like, the day you want is available then, are you doing it or not? I didn't receive any guidance related to the surgery at all (aftercare / AS period / number of visits, etc.). Anyway, in the end I didn't get surgery here because of the manager.
