I was thinking about double eyelid surgery and went here for my first consultation, and they pursue a natural look. But both the consultation manager and the director were really unfriendly. It felt like they would be good at surgery, but I paid a consultation fee and the consultation didn't even last 10 minutes. It felt like, "You just have to do it this way, no questions needed," and like they were lecturing me, so it was a bit disappointing. But I did get the feeling they would be good at surgery.
