I had surgery with custom silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and it has been one month since my bulbous nose surgery. I decided to have surgery because I wanted to improve my nose, which overall looked low and wide. I had often been told before that I had no nasal bridge and that my nasal tip was round, so it felt like a complex. Now that it has been one month, most of the major swelling is gone, and although the nasal tip still feels slightly firm, it is not noticeable to others. I hoped my image would not change too much, and my male friends did not even know I had surgery. Even though it has only been one month, I am already satisfied, and I am excited thinking it will look even prettier once more swelling goes down!
