Revision rhinoplasty review

<Before><After><After><After>Several years after my first surgery, I felt like my nostrils were becoming visible, so I underwent revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage to improve my upturned nose. I had silicone in my nasal bridge, but I was told that if it was removed, the bridge would become lower than my original nasal bridge, so I decided to have donated dermis inserted. I went to the hospital to have the cotton removed from my nose, and because the area where the costal cartilage was harvested hurt so much that a few tears came out, the director and the assistant staff member who saw it diligently wiped away my tears. I was grateful that they asked whether I was in a lot of pain and said they would give me a pain-relief injection. It has only been about 4–5 months since the surgery, so I need to wait and see a little longer, but I’m going to trust what the director said and wait haha
