Four years ago, while having functional nose surgery, I used septal cartilage to support the columella and nasal tip. I’m living with a nose that is so natural and pretty that people don’t believe me even when I say I had nose surgery. Due to the characteristics of septal cartilage, the shape does change little by little, but it’s to a degree that can be covered with makeup, and I’m satisfied because the natural look is the main thing. It’s a clinic I’ve recommended a lot to friends around me.
