I originally had a bulbous nose, but it came out naturally and well, without a bulbous-nose feel. When I first had surgery, it was done with donated rib cartilage, and after about 2 years it got absorbed and sagged a bit, but the hospital acknowledged that part and redid it with costal cartilage, charging only the material cost. It’s been 3 years since the revision surgery now, and there are no side effects, and I hear a lot that my nose is pretty. If I don’t say anything, people don’t even know I had nose surgery. Since time has passed, I don’t remember the surgery cost, and I don’t know how much it is these days.
