<Before surgery… just so-so…><After surgery, and I think you can definitely see the line is set..!?>I had my first surgery a really long time ago, and back then I had no information about noses, so I just followed a friend to the place they went and had surgery with silicone by the closed method. I was just moderately satisfied? I had gained a nasal bridge that I didn’t have before, and since it was closed, I thought it would be safe..? But gradually it felt like it was getting farther from the look I wanted..ㅎ On top of that, because of my lack of care… I bumped my nose, and from then on it felt like the silicone was moving, and I kept feeling anxious. It had been done a long time ago, and since it had held up until now, I thought it had done pretty well in its own way and got revision surgery. Seriously, why are there so many plastic surgery clinics in Korea.....;; They all say they’re good and all specialists, what even..... But I guess because I’ve gotten older and developed an eye for things, I didn’t even go visit places that just blindly blasted ads. I searched to see whether they had a lot of revision surgery reviews + since it was revision surgery, whether they handled things like costal cartilage well, going through homepages and app reviews on apps like ㄱㄴㅇㄴ and ㅂㅂㅌ. At that time I really just looked at my phone all night.. After finishing the surgery, looking back, it wasn’t that difficult to choose a revision surgery clinic. -A place that properly handles consultations (a place where the director directly explains the surgery, not through the manager) -A place more serious about designing my nose than I am;; (You’ll probably feel it when you go for a consultation? Some places just roughly print out a photo, draw a line with a pencil, and end it, while some look at it so thoroughly it almost feels excessive.. The place I chose consulted while making a predicted image in Photoshop. They operated according to that, and I think it came out similarly.) -A place that examines nose materials in detail ★★★ (Personally, I think this is the most important. I went to 4 consultations, and seriously, there was only one place that even checked my autologous costal cartilage by X-ray to see whether it was calcified and which numbered costal cartilage they would use. The more it is a revision surgery, the more careful you have to be with material selection, so I hope everyone here goes to a place where the clinic itself checks thoroughly..) Other than that, I think things like AS and aftercare are parts the hospital should naturally provide.. The place where I had surgery also had a guarantee that they would refund me if the autologous costal cartilage dropped after surgery, but honestly, having the surgery go well is what gives peace of mind more than that. I didn’t suddenly decide on the surgery because of AS. Originally, my bulbous nose correction also hadn’t been done properly, and it was far from the refined look I wanted, so I didn’t like it. Now the look that made it seem that way is gone, and I think the best part is that the bulbous nose is completely corrected. Oh, and I saw people here worrying about pain from autologous costal cartilage. For the abdomen area, it’s easy to think of it as the feeling after doing intense ab workouts and getting muscle soreness! But if you cough, your abdomen pulls, so be careful..ㅋㅋ I ate tiramisu, got it caught in my throat, and went through hellㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ Recovery is something that inevitably follows any surgery, so if you’ve carefully finished deciding on the clinic, then you’ve prepared well, and I hope you go ahead with the surgery. I hope my review helps even one person..ㅎㅎ
