Hello, this is my first time leaving a post Oh, this is my first surgery I’m posting because I’d like to get advice from people who have experience with post-op care and things like that Maybe because it’s only the first day, I’m not that swollen yet They say it’ll swell more tomorrow, so I should diligently eat pumpkin and red bean porridge Actually, I found out about this community a few weeks ago But after I had already put down a deposit, I saw here that the clinic was blacklisted I really didn’t want to have the surgery anymore All the bad things being said here and there about that clinic were exactly similar to what I felt during my consultation ㅜㅜ I really couldn’t go through with the surgery, so I postponed the surgery date Then... today I just boldly went for it... Sigh, looking in the mirror and seeing the stitches from the alar reduction, I’m worried I’ll be left with scarsㅜ But is it normal to cough like this? I’m curious... Earlier when I was eating porridge, it felt like I coughed with every bite... Before I went into surgery, there was someone who had just come out after surgery and they kept coughing too, so I was worried... Other than the coughing, I don’t have any pain so far Is it because the anesthesia hasn’t fully worn off yet? I had 2 mm silicone, ear cartilage, alar base tying, and alar reduction And they shaved down my hump a little I read a lot of posts from people who got nose surgery, but the sound when they did the ear cartilage was ugh It seriously gave me chills, I’m not lying, my body was trembling... And when I saw other people who had surgery, they only had skin-colored tape on But I have this hard thing attached that looks like a pain-relief patch What is this? Why did they put this on me ㅠㅠ
