For lower blepharoplasty, the method says the sagging fat is fixed above the periosteum and the orbital septum is reinforced. When doing this method, do they release the tear trough ligament and move the fat below it? Or does it mean they reposition it above that?
링이줘 I think it’s the lower one. I asked during the consultation, and they said they lay the fat very deep on top of the bone.
