The consultation manager was more honest than at other hospitals, and maybe because they had experience, I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. The director also felt very fatherly and comfortable. He held my nose with a cotton swab and explained one by one what he would do. The price is on the high side for a first surgery, but these days it seems like everywhere else is like that too. They pressure you really hard to pay a deposit lol And they say they don’t refund deposits, which makes me wonder if that’s illegal.
