It’s been a while since I posted. It feels so long ago that I almost wonder when I even had the surgery haha As of today, exactly 8 months have passed. About 2/3 of the way to one year after surgery has passed... During that time, I looked in the mirror every day in different ways, checking the surgical results and wondering a lot how things would change. Now it seems like things are finally settling little by little. Until 7 months had passed, I watched with some anxiety, wondering whether there really were any changes, but once I entered the 8-month mark, I started to feel, ah, it really had been changing little by little. Of course, since I check in the mirror every day, it would be hard to notice that myself, but at this point I think it’s enough for even me to feel it. If I’m still being greedy, the one thing left is that I wish the anterior cheekbones would go back just a little more....(Is that greed?? hahaha) The surgery really went well without any problems, and I feel very fortunate that, thanks to the doctor, I got through it without suffering. In terms of appearance, I think the surgery went well. However, I wish the area from just below the cheekbones to the jaw looked a bit slimmer. From what I feel these days, the cheekbone and jaw surgery itself went smoothly, but I wonder if it’s not a bone issue and rather because the muscles are settling there. Thinking about it the other way, I also feel relieved because maybe there is no cheek sagging because the muscles are well attached to the bone. So these days, I just hope that if I exercise a bit, even some of the fat in my cheeks will go down haha At this stage, I don’t think things like management are that important. I think I just still need to be careful about impact, and comfortably watch how things continue to change.
