Hello. It has been exactly one month since I had open osteotomy, silicone, and ear cartilage surgery. Since two days ago, the front part inside my nose started hurting. When I touch it to disinfect it, it hurts so much I cannot even touch it; and some scabs also come out. I was alarmed and went to the hospital today. They said the dissolvable sutures had not fully dissolved, and it seemed like they were poking in and growing in. They gave me local anesthesia, cut it open, and drained what seemed like pus or blood.. Then I got an antibiotic shot and took medicine home as well~ They said it should be fine, but if the stitches go deep inside, inflammation could also occur in the part where the silicone was inserted. I really felt completely shocked and like I was going crazy.. It even hurt like crazy when they cut it open so I cried, and now I want to cry again and I am exhausted.. Has anyone else had something like this?
