It’s been 5 years since my first surgery at ㅋㅋㄹㅇ, and nobody knows I had my nose done; they say it’s pretty I had rhinitis surgery and, for cosmetic purposes, had my nasal tip and osteotomy done together, but I don’t know if my aftercare wasn’t good; the rhinitis is still the same, though the shape itself is natural I had my hump shaved down too, and I think not shaving it too much back then was a stroke of genius. That’s why it looks natural I want revision surgery again because of drooping and rhinitis
