I’m looking into revision surgery. My last surgery (8 years ago) was done with autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone, but maybe because I have a short nose, my nostrils are still clearly visible from the front. On top of that, my skin is thin, so I have all the unfavorable conditions I went for consultations at ㄷㄴ / ㅊㅁ, but I’m from out of town, so this time I want to get consultations somewhere other than those two places. Other than ㅇㅇ/ㄹㅂㄹ, could you recommend a single-director clinic that uses autologous costal cartilage? Somewhere that can do sedation anesthesia instead of general anesthesia.. This time, I really want it to be my last surgery. I’m desperate
