The area under my eyes seems to be getting darker and darker, like a panda, and it looks even worse than dark circles... I'm looking into getting under-eye fat repositioning. Should I look at places that are good at middle-aged eye surgery? I'm looking at places that many middle-aged people go to, and that do clean under-eye fat repositioning without recurrence.
