After looking into several places.. I’ll start by writing my consultation review. I have a small nose, and my nasal tip feels like it sits a bit high? But it doesn’t look upturned, and my nostrils are also small.. I’m aiming for a natural line! 1. ㅇㅂㄹ I was looking into non-implant surgery, and aesthetically, I liked their review photos the most. But they said my nose couldn’t be done without an implantㅠ This was the first place that recommended custom silicone to me. But even though my nose is on the smaller side, they said my septal cartilage is larger than average? So the total quote was custom silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage for 5.39 million KRW 4.84 million if I write a review, 4.74 million with same-day booking 2. ㄱㄹㅂ I was scared of silicone, so I insisted on no implantㅠ But since the first clinic recommended custom silicone, I found myself able to compromise on that to some extent.. So while searching for places good at custom implants, I found out about this clinic! Overall, the clinic atmosphere was nice and the director’s explanation was good too, but somehow I didn’t really feel drawn to it.. The quote here was custom silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage for around 4.7 million? KRW 3.6 million if I write a review, 3.3 million with same-day booking 3. ㅁㅎ This was the last clinic I went to, and unlike the other clinics, they were the only one that explained why my nasal tip feels like it’s attached higher up! They said what currently looks like my nasal tip may actually be soft tissue that has moved upward, so even with surgery, it may not disappear completely and may still look round! But I originally wanted my nasal tip to come out in a rounded shape anyway, so I thought this part was okay. They also said my skin is quite firm, so they probably wouldn’t be able to raise it very muchㅠ This was also something only this clinic told me.. But since my septal cartilage is large, they said a certain amount is possible, though because my skin has good elasticity, it could droop later, so they also recommended donated costal cartilage. They gave me two quotes: custom implant + septal cartilage + ear cartilage 5 million KRW custom implant + donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage 5.5 million KRW +1 million if I don’t write a review In conclusion, I felt like ㅁㅎ analyzed my nose the most accurately and explained the limitations, and they also said an anesthesiologist is present on-site, so I decided to go there! Even after deciding, I worried a lot about whether to use donated costal cartilage, but in the end I decided to go with the donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage combination. But one thing that bothers me a bit is that only ㅁㅎ said the CCTV can be viewed with a guardian present, for about 5-10 minutes at the time you want during surgery? That does bother me a littleㅠ But I guess I just have to trust them and go.. If anyone here had surgery at ㅁㅎ, could you share reviews or information!? Also, please recommend lots and lots of useful items to use after nose surgery~~
핀과제이콩 For ㅁㅎ, do you watch it in real time? Usually people bring a guardian for nose surgery, so I actually think that might be better~ The fact that they’ll show it whenever you want means they’re confident about it.
낑디 [@핀과제이콩] Yes, it’s real time! Thinking about it that way, it does seem okay.. hahaha I guess I felt comparatively uneasy because other clinics said they could keep showing it in real time, whether for free or for about 10,000 won.

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
