I had nose surgery about 2 years ago, and back then I didn’t know much, so they only built it up with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Later, the nasal tip drooped like crazy, so I decided on revision surgery For the revision, they put silicone back in and used donated costal cartilage It’s been 3 weeks since surgery now At this point, I thought it should be higher than expected But it looks too natural, and if anything, it feels like the nasal tip looks like it has dropped I wondered if the bridge is swollen, making the nasal tip look relatively lower? But no matter how I think about it, it’s too ㅜ natural, and I’m dissatisfied with the nasal tip height Today I went to the hospital for a follow-up The director said..) it seems like my skin hadn’t stretched much.. haha Said they raised it as much as possible When I asked, “It won’t droop more from here, right?” They just said, “I suppose it will” lolololololol I confronted the consultant, and they said if I’m still dissatisfied after time passes, I should get aftercare/revision service. But they said if the nasal tip doesn’t stretch any further, it’ll be the same.. What’s contradictory is During the first consultation, the director touched my nose and said it stretches really well And said it definitely needed to be raised, taking later drooping into account They said they would raise it to 110%;;; Haa.... There’s really no answer. Do I have to get another revision? What does everyone think..
청명 Now that the surgery is over, they’re changing their words; for week 3, the nasal tip doesn’t look high

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
